Trusted Traders who host and endorse, respectively, our growing set of online customer testimonials, which they verify and moderate, as independent reviews.
Did you know that Checkatrade run strict background checks on tradespeople, just like Blind Technique, before they can become members? Once a member joins, they agree to have feedback from their customers put online for all to see. Checkatrade have so far published 6,120,284 pieces of feedback, although this figure is constantly being updated. Note that no other directory of tradespeople uses this model. The background checks and the public feedback as independent review ensure that only reliable and trusted tradespeople get work through Checkatrade. Checkatrade make sure that you, our valued customers and visitors to our website and to our Showroom, can find someone outstanding to get the job done.
Which? Trusted Traders started in 1957 and become best known for product testing and raising the awareness of UK consumer rights and safety issues. Which? Trusted Traders are renowned for their offer of impartial advice published in their magazine and communicated via various public information campaigns, over the years. Which? Trusted Traders are now the largest consumer body in the UK, working as a not-for-profit charitable organisation of independent status where all the commercial income received is invested right back to support their work as a consumer champion. Their philosophy is one they put simply :”Which? exists to make individuals as powerful as the organisations they have to deal with in their daily lives.”
Our well-established, family-run business offers over 35 years’ experience within the custom Blinds Industry, to you, our valued customers. When you offer your feedback in an independent review we really appreciate the time you have taken to do so on our Checkatrade or Which?Trusted Traders profiles. We really wish for all our valued customers to have the best customer journey possible and should things not go to plan for whatever reason, we need to know about these times too.
We listen in attentive detail to all the feedback received in independent reviews and if we can feasibly act on your feedback and it is appropriate for us to do so, then we will endeavour to use our commercial agility to effect change. Recent examples of the customer communications improvements we have made include an upgrade to our in-house system so you receive more timely updates on your order. We have also recently completed the refurbishment and so re-launch of our Showroom so that you can see more of our custom blinds in operation. In addition, we have just refreshed the style and are currently reviewing the content of our website in order to serve you better.
